I went to the homepage first and was not able to locate a link to the survey there. I had to read the card a second time to get to the proper address. "a women was being beaten by her husband above my apartment, and was screaming for help non stop after 5 minutes I decided to check on it,I went and knock on the door but the man did not open the door, so I decided to call 911 to save the women life. or if at least check on the welfare of women."

Management at manufactured home community forbids this type of dog, however a few families are bringing in these types of dogs into the community. There have been three other reports with management about these dogs."

"when a particular problem arrises and a call comes in i think that the person that caused a problem should have a letter written about explaining certain laws that may have been broken because the person i called about was not talked to. so they keep doing what they did."

"In the past when I called the non-emergency dispatch center, many of the operators have been insolent; ego-power tripping; impatient; disrespectful, and rude. About 5 out of 10 operators are professional and courteous. The best operators are the "911" operators."

"Soon after I called about the NOISE above us in our apt complex building, my husband went outside and saw a police car outside our bldg. We do not know if the police officer(s) confronted the apt above us, because the noise continued until 11:15pm that evening. Another tenant must have called for assistance around that time? Otherwise, I would have called back a second time."
